1. Agency Review

The agency review looks at your Profit Gap and how
your people, your processes and your technology can be
developed to close it.

2. System Evaluation
In performing your business review, it may be apparent that
the technological systems you are currently using are not
providing you with the kind of information you need to drive
you business forward.
If the review identifies a Technology Gap, M'Gee can help
you to adopt effective and efficient tools and techniques to
close it. This might mean exploring an alternate system to
better support your business and your processes or it might
look at improving the way you use your current systems.
3. Business Process
If we found as part of the agency review that a profit gap
exists, then there will invariably be something wrong with
how your business processes are being carried out and
managed. This is the Process Gap.
Together, we will review existing processes and procedures
for estimating and costing of jobs, management of jobs
and scope creep etc., client payment terms, cashflow
management, and general management reporting.
It is important to ensure that all employees are enabled
and appropriately trained to use the systems and follow the
business processes. M'Gee will study the People Gap and
identify training possibilities and opportunities to close it.
4. Measurement
Throughout this process and beyond, it is
critical to measure how your business is
performing and improving over time.
M'Gee will set up a monthly management
reporting process so you can track the
improvements in your business on a
regular basis.
5. Implementation
The goals are set, the systems are in
place, the people have been trained,
and we have the measurement tools in
place to track improvement and success.

implementation to ensure that the adoption
of the new process is successful, further
improving processes as you become
familiar with the new systems.
